Jelqing. There's many products out there but I don't think any of there are FDA approved.

Watch out for those fake creams. Apparently some actually cause rashes.

you can try getting penis extenders? i haven't though so im not sure they work

extenders worked for me. it looks like a pain but i grew a couple of centimeters

I asked my doctor about it. She said that anything outside pills is dangerous. Funny, that she is an expert on such things, I mean, female and all. No gender insult intended.

I have an average-sized shaft, but I always cringe when I have to strip totally naked in front of a woman doctor. Really. Regardless of how she looks like, and whether or not she is single or married or divorce.

I think it would be more effective and practical to read the "How to Perform better in Sex" books, than waste time and energy on penis-enlarging maneuvers.
